Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 188) – Entrepreneur Stream (188E)

From September 10, 2016, a new 188E visa (Entrepreneur Stream) has been added to the existing 188 visa streams, and applications were accepted from September 10, 2016.

Eligibility:
  1. Under the age of 55
  2. Have at least competent English(eg. IELTS: at least 6 for each of the 4 components, etc.);
  3. Be nominated by an Australian state or territory
  4. Recommended by innovation ecosystem service institutions in a state or territory
  5. The applicant can transfer to 888 visa (PR) after 3 years at the earliest. When transferring to 888, the applicant’s business operations circumstance will be reviewed, including the number of Australian employees, investment status, business operation and annual sales.
