Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 188) – Investor Stream (188B)

Eligibility
  1. Be invited to apply for this visa after the lodgement of EOI;
  2. Be under the age of 55 or exempts from the age requirement by the state government;
  3. Score at least 65 or above;
  4. Have more than 3 years of right experience in managing business or investment;
  5. For at least 1 of the 5 fiscal years before applying for the visa, have directly managed a qualifying business and in which you, your partner or you and your partner combined had at least 10% ownership interest; Or
  6. Have directly managed  an investment of at least AUD2.5 million;
  7. You, your partner, or you and your partner together have business and personal assets with a net value of at least AUD2.5 million in the past 2 years;
  8. Make a complying investment of at least AUD2.5 million;

  1. Have investment of at least AUD2.5 million;
  2. The main applicant has lived in Australia for 2 years;
